Joe’s work focuses exclusively on criminal defense. As a member of the criminal defense bar, Joe has dedicated his time and energy to both private cases and court appointments. Joe has defense experience in every stage of a criminal case and will accept cases in both federal court and state court.

 

Joe has been a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel in the Western District of Pennsylvania since 2019. As a CJA Panel member, Joe is entrusted by the federal courts with defending complex federal criminal cases.
